Ms Natasha Wanganeen
Natasha is a passionate Kaurna Narranga Noongar woman from South Australia. Natasha is a distinguished actress and performer in Australia and internationally. She is an Australian Film Industry (AFI) award winner and has starred in film and stage productions such as Rabbit Proof Fence, Jessica, and Through My Eyes. Natasha is a driving force behind the Spirit Festival in Adelaide run by Tandanya National Aboriginal Cultural Institute, presenting drama workshops and as the master of ceremonies.
David Bergl - Fundraising Manager
David Bergl is the General Manager of Kurtarra, a 100% Aboriginal owned business based in Western Australia.
David has a strong business background being involved in the creation of numerous companies from their initial stages to being floated on the ASX.
David regularly travels to communities and hopes through Around the Campfire he can lead people to have an increased understanding of Indigenous health issues to generate financial support to allow us to develop and operate our health programs
Mr Joe Williams
Joe is our Chairperson and a proud Wiradjuri, 1st Nations Aboriginal man born in Cowra, NSW.
Joe played in the National Rugby League for South Sydney, Penrith and Canterbury before switching to professional Boxing in 2009. Joe is a 2x WBF World Jnr Welterweight champion.
Joe's purpose now is to help people who struggle with mental illness through his organisation The Enemy Within.
Joe was recently named as finalist for the courage award in the 2017 National Indigenous Human Rights Awards.
